Retired Florida Cop Who Fatally Shot Popcorn-Throwing Man In Movie Theater Acquitted

Another witness testified that once firing the fatal shot, Reeves muttered: “Throw popcorn in my face.” Still, Reeves maintained that Oulson appeared able to hit him. “I was fully defenseless,” Reeves said. “I have not encountered somebody exhibiting that quantity of uncontrolled anger and rage.”
