Jill Casey DeSantis, First Lady of Florida, was born June 26, 1980 is a former American news and conversation television show host and first lady of Florida, the wife of 46th governor Ron DeSantis. DeSantis lives with her husband and three young children in the Florida Governor's Mansion in Tallahassee, Florida.

Casey DeSantis, first lady of Florida, is a news and conversation television show host. She co-hosts the show First Coast Living and has won a local Emmy for her primetime special “Real Life CSI.” Mrs. Casey DeSantis received her Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Charleston. She and her husband, Governor of Florida Ron DeSantis, have three kids: daughter Madison DeSantis, son Mamie DeSantis and son Mason DeSantis.

Rhoda Elizabeth Waller Gibbes, the mother of Florida governor Albert Gilchrist, served as first lady of Florida and pushed for a monument to the American Civil War Battle of Olustee.

In 2019, Casey DeSantis established the First Lady's Medal for Courage, Commitment, and Services for the state of Florida.
